Healthtrack Clubs is a sports, health and well-being facility for sites within the Leisure and Retail sector, the Professional Sports club environment, the Amateur Sports Club sector and innovative Academy schools arena.

It is a modular facility with main clubs being 6,000sq.m and smaller models of 4,800sq.m. Flagship clubs will be a 7,200sq.m facility on two floors with car parking for 300 cars, outdoor fitness areas, trim trails, aerial zip wires, youth urban sports and mini 3G pitches on the roof.

Depending on the site location, significant investment of between £9m to £12m will be delivered to launch this new chain of family, inclusive sports and lifestyle facilities with joint venture investment partnerships.

1, The generic Healthtrack covers all sports and physical activity for 0 to 17 year olds and their families, and can be linked to educational curriculum in terms of learning and skills learning. The premium membership for 5 to 12 year olds  gives 15 hours per child per month where the parent does not have to be in the facility and its included in the monthly fee.
2. A primary focus for Healthtrack is family and the health and well-being of women and girls. Its core offer is based on sport, fitness, childcare, lane swimming, spa, performing arts, health and youth trends in activity.
3. Healthtrack offers consumers a new choice with a range of technology controlled zoned leisure offerings with the family at the heart of its operation. Personal fitness is now becoming an improved lifestyle choice and consumers are engaging more positively through technology devices, lower prices and a better understanding of long term health benefits. Healthtrack, on its launch, will have a £1m R&D fund into technology to get more families active.
