Investment would be based on either the purchase of an agreed freehold or leasehold, featuring the following flexible arrangements:

1. A 75 to 99 year lease.
2. If a sports club then we offer new sports facilities for site owner, capped at £1.75m in lieu of a rent free period.
3. Integrated master plan including car parking and pitch layouts.

If no new or upgraded facilities are required by the freehold owner, then Healthtrack will offer:

1. Annual rent depending on the size of the  club and land requirement with a rent free period.
2. On going annual rent at an agreed rent.
3. An agreed rent rising incrementally year on year.
4. Year 10 rent review.
5. Funding of a sports development manager on site.
