Ranging from 4,800 sq m to 7,200 sq m and a mix of refits and new build its set to disrupt the traditional family membership clubs, tennis clubs and local authority leisure centers with an affordable and inclusive family membership at £250 for a family of 6 per month with extensive activity spaces for 6 to 16 years old. With these prices 40% of the UK population can afford a variety of monthly booking options including a premium membership of 30 hours per month of sports coaching for 2 children.
Healthtrack Clubs No 1 Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle regarding the investment into an operational company (Op Co) created by Andy Baker (a proven developer/operator in the sports & health club markets) for the working capital investment into a new chain of family health clubs built and funded by proven developers and high net worth individuals with an interest in property, sport and fitness.
Bath, Swindon, Ealing, Nottingham and Manchester are in the first phase of clubs to open with a variety of investment partners. Second phase is focused on Bristol, Cardiff, Newcastle, Cheltenham, Harrow and Oxford.
Andy is assisted by an experienced team of Non Executives and Executive Directors that includes a former group property director of a major supermarket chain; two former CEO’s who have set up and sold family type clubs in the UK; sports marketing executives from some of the leading agencies in Europe; established and credible local property developers; sales and marketing directors and finance directors from existing worldwide health club groups; finance and business modelling consultants from the leisure, education and childcare sectors.
