Andy Baker - Founder and CEO. A former teacher with corporate experience at Kids Unlimited, David Lloyd Leisure, Whitbread, Vinci, Sports and Leisure Innovation and London Sport. During COVID 19, Andy has created a series of investments linked to Healthtrack and these include Hddle, Children First, CoachRed, New Wellbeing, BabaSwim and SwimSpa with over 30 highly experienced Non Executives from sport development, retail, governing bodies, wellbeing and sport. These branded offers will all come to market in 2022.


Chris Philips - Advisor. Chris has over five decades of Real Estate, Fund Management and Corporate Finance experience. Between 2010 and 2021,Chris served as Chairman of Places for People, one of the UK's largest property management, development, re generation and leisure companies. In this role, he oversaw gross assets of £4.9 billion of assets and over 11,600 employees. He is currently Chairman of London & Newcastle and SOHO a £0.5 billion REIT on the main list of LSE.


Andy Smith, NED Construction. Andy has been in construction the last 30 years at board level with Laing PLC as Business Development Director. Recently exited Midas in the South West of England Andy’s Healthtrack remit is to identify a Chairman from the property sector and work with Mike Hayhoe on future sites.


Andy Knee, NED Brand. Andy is a Co-founder/Director of sports marketing consultancy working with rights holders, brands, agencies and private equity. He also was a Vice President at IMG with a dual role leading an IMG division and overseeing major football properties. Andy led IMG Mass Participation business: revenue $15.6m, EBITDA $4.9m. Prior to that Andy was Commercial Director at 19 Entertainment where he ran David Beckham’s brand/product endorsements and sold/created new business ventures. Andy took the DB brand into multiple new areas via partnerships & new product development.


Mike Hayhoe - NED Property. Mike graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and went on to take a role at niche retail agency Brady Chartered Surveyors specialising in High Street retail, Shopping Centres and asset management predominantly in the North West of England.

In 2008 he moved to GL Hearn (Manchester) as an Associate Director in the retail team gaining UK wide experience in investment, development and acquisitions and built a varied client base whom he continues to represent since founding MVH Property in May 2013. In his role as Director at MVH Property, Mike continues to advise a variety of retailers, developers and investors across the UK.


Jamie Mair - NED Commercial who has extensive corporate experience in the health and fitness market with Sweat Gyms, Fitness First and Fitlinx and franchise Energie. Jamie also owned his own 9,000 sq ft club in Reigate and sold this business in 2018.


TBA - NED Operations who is currently in post with a leading health club group running one of their prestigious overseas clubs.


Phil Drury - NED Finance who is an ex-FD of My Time Active, a Leisure Trust based in Kent. Currently a portfolio Finance Director, with the FD Centre group, the worlds largest provider of part-time of CFO,  currently interim FD of leisure operator client Fusion Lifestyle who run 100 local authority leisure centres.
